Scenario analysis
Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework, published by HM Government in May 2021, defines scenario analysis as: ‘A process through which potential future requirements are explored with cross functional stakeholders to ensure contracts are sufficiently flexible to remain fit for purpose if demands and business objectives change.’
